We Grihastha Saving & Services Private Limited (the 'Company') was incorporated on 17th April 1996 and is engaged in the business of Business Correspondence ("BC"). The Company has operations in over 50 districts spread across Bihar,Uttar Pradesh, Haryana , Jharkhand, Haryana and Punjab. It is into business of providing micro credit to its customers under the BC partnership with NBFC's & Banks in aforementioned areas.

Mr. Sandeep Kumar

He is founder of Grihastha Saving and Services Private Limited (GSSPL). His contributions are bringing glory to GSSPL day by day.
He is a young and intelligent computer engineer, completed his B.Tech in computer science from Uttar Pradesh technical university in 2007.He served as a software developer in many reputed software companies based at Delhi & NCR region. He has proven his ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within set parameters. He is honored with capabilities in training, development and delivery, motivation, team building, leadership, and ensuring execution as per the best standards being adopted the maximum output. He absorbed work pressure at work places with great skill & ease to make delivery of services in time under odd condition .He joined GRIHASTHA FINANCE LIMITED in June 2010 as one of the Director of the Company and contributes his expertise in various operations of the company.
Besides above he periodically reviews GSSPL ongoing polices for the better development. Being a managing director he sets the business strategies and structure of the company and reviews and evaluates present and future opportunities, threats and risks in the external environment, current and future strengths, weaknesses and risks relating to the company. The zeal and enthusiasm with which he is bringing in new ideas and concepts, the company will reach the zenith soon.

Mr. Kuldeep Dogra

Mr. Kuldeep Dogra graduate from Delhi University, co-founder of the Company having 25 years of experience including 8 years in Micro/SME financing. He was previously associated with Grihastha Finance Limited and played key role in incubation support of Microfinance business.
He from the very inception of the Company contributed his proficiencies in and to manage the day to day accounting & finance affairs including operations of the company. He strives hard to increase the volume of loan portfolio and monitoring overall working of the company to fulfill its mission and vision. He guides and sets the pace for its current operations and future developments.

Grihastha Saving & Services Private Limited

Grihastha Saving & Services Pvt. Ltd. (“GSSPL”) is registered as a Private Limited Company. The Company was incorporated in, 1996. GSSPL commenced its micro finance operations in April. 2016, after getting into BC partnership with NBFC's. Its registered office is in Samastipur, Bihar and corporate office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
GSSPL is led by strong management team with significant experience in Micro finance industry. GSSPL provides microfinance using the JLG model as per requirement of the NBFC's.It operates in both semi-urban and rural areas. The future target geography for GSSPL services is Gujrat, Orissa, Goa and Himachal Pradesh.
We using MIS software of “BIJLI” Business Intelligence Justified and closely Integrated for monitoring day one operations. We had partnered with INTELLECASH, a leading professional end to end solution provider in the microfinance sector. This partnership helps us to maintain the standards on par with the industry benchmark from the field operations to policy level decision making process.

Lending Methodology

GSSPL provides microfinance using the JLG model as per requirement of the NBFC’s. The process flow of JLG’s Loan cycle is as per chart above. GSSPL initiates many Internal Control measures to check veracity of each process and policy adherence.

Internal Control Measures at GSSPL:

All the client related documents are filled by our field staff and forwarded to HO for consolidation for CB check Equifax.
Clients home verification and KYC verification are done at door steps. Primary eligible client data are send by respective branch for CB check and qualified clients are process for execution as CGT and GRT. Pre and Post disbursements scrutiny are done by HO to the relative department and credit committee for final approval.
GSSPL almost operations 80% are cashless including collection and disbursement.
We are taking PDC from client as security as well as Joint group gaurantee are also included.
Our reporting system is centralised.
Our file management system is also centralised.
